Removal of old mattresses and bases
We provide mattress and base removal at the time of delivery for a small fee.
Click and Collect
We have a variety of stock-ready products to collect from our showroom. Please contact us prior to collection so we can make sure stock is available. Depending on product availability, items can be ready for collection within 24 hours or up to 5 days.
Return Policy
At Gold Coast Mattress Warehouse, we will gladly exchange products for a lesser or better-quality style of mattress (unused, original condition and packaged item).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We have a right to refuse products that have been damaged or soiled, including smells or traces of pets, whilst stored at your home.
Courier costs are at the customer’s expense.
All returns must be sent within a 5-day period from purchase date.
